Our Park Days take place at Tapia Park (on Malibu Canyon) and allow us to enjoy great outdoor activities in the wide open spaces of the Santa Monica Mountains. Each Tapia day may be different with alternate actitivities offered. In the morning, campers may have the option to play a large group game such as Capture the Flag or Seize the General. Or they may choose to explore and catch frogs or crawdads with nets at the creek, or participate in the arts and crafts project for the day. On another Tapia day, campers may have the opportunity to choose a scavenger hunt, make ice cream, particpate the in the ever favorite...Pieing, or other specialty activity.
At noon we serve our cookout lunch - complete with a marshmallow roast (no need to bring lunch on this day!). After lunch we travel down to Will Rogers Beach in Santa Monica to hit the waves for swimming and boogie boarding at the end of the day.
