- Our Staff

All our programs are planned and staffed with care and caution.  Staff members are college students or teachers with successful prior experience in youth leadership with a commitment to children.  Staff are selected based on prior successful work with children, outdoors background, and their willingness to put childrens needs first.  They are qualified to instruct in all of our aquatic activities and do so in the spirit of fun, challenging each camper to do his or her personal best.

All staff are Red Cross CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certified.  Drivers are required to undergo Commercial driver training and obtain a Class B license.

Leaders and Instructors are dedicated to making each child’s camp experience safe, memorable, and of course, fun!

The average camper-to-adult ratio is seven to one in day camp, six to one on the Sierra Sleepaway.

“ Fun, easy-going and very nice staff- everything summer camp should be!!”
